“My husband and I got our wedding bands here a couple months ago. The owner was kind, efficient, and considerate. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but the prices seemed reasonable. The business is clearly invested in the community and it shows. The owner ordered our rings on the spot and the timeline he quoted was accurate. It was everything that a small, local business that one would want. This business has been around a long time for a reason! While we were there, I also saw a lot of items that would be great for birthday or other life event presents- tie clips, birthstone earrings, saint medals. They really seem to cater to most jewelry needs.”

We walked into the HSQ location on a whim (my husband had a show in the area) and we were enthralled with the collections we saw. “Julie and Rick are amazing!! I stopped in just before my wedding to have the prongs checked on my engagement ring. They were very friendly and efficient, and I knew I would feel comfortable leaving my jewelry with them. So in a few weeks I returned to have my rings soldered together and sized. The ring ended up being a little too small (through no fault of theirs) and they sized it back up half a size free of charge. Throughout the whole process, Julie and Rick were communicative and friendly, their prices are very fair, and they do an amazing job! Would highly recommend!”

“Gorgeous shop! Everything is beautiful quality and so thoughtfully curated, I never miss an opportunity to stop into Kestrel when I visit Northampton from Maine. Ive ordered with them from the website multiple times as well and have had nothing but positive experiences (well packaged + prompt shipping and good customer service) Ive purchased some of my favorite pieces of jewelry from Kestrel but also artwork, artisan pottery, incense and perfume oils. This is the perfect shop to treat yourself (or someone else) to hand-crafted unique treasures. As an aside, this place smells amazing and the window displays are works of art in and of themselves that worth checking out. “Pema is the sweetest lady in North Hampton, she walked with me through the store and as I showed interest in certain items she would tell me the history of each piece and point out others I’d be interested in according to my inquiries. This was my first time in the store. I purchased that beautiful Jade bonsai you’ve all been looking at on the left as you enter the shop, along with a few crystal minerals pieces. “I cannot say enough good things about Murduff’s. Years ago, I had terrible luck with a local jeweler and really lost trust. When I found Monica Panek and Murduff’s (several years ago) I knew I found the person and the jewelry store I would trust exclusively. Monica helped design two wedding sets for my family (redesigned my wedding set and worked with my son to design an engagement ring for his sweetheart). Murduff’s is not a chain store and it’s been around for more than 75 years! I feel good knowing I can trust Monica and Murduff’s with anything jewelry related - from cleaning, polishing, and buffing my jewelry to engraving a sentimental piece (the owner is a renown hand engraver) to appraisals (Monica is a certified gemologist) - and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry of course. I highly recommend Murduff’s Jewelry Store!”
