“I broke down on the side of 91 after 7pm, while en route to northern New Hampshire after driving 11.5 hours up from Virginia. After calling AAA and still not being picked up 2 hours later, Mass State Police came along, and Ernie's Towing came to get my car. The driver (I wish I got his name) was very kind and helpful. I'm not sure if he realized I was a bit frantic, it being so late at night, but he took very good care of my car, used dollies to protect my AWD as he didn't have a flat bed, and he kept up with my chatter, putting me at ease. I'm super thankful to him for everything. These drivers work very hard and put up with people who are not at their best; the care he took for both me and my car is appreciated.”

Genos kept me in communication throughout the process and provided any insurance updates. There team was able to investigate all effected areas of damage and obtain new replacement parts. I departed with a complete summary of repairs, parts, labor, and full adjustments for my records. My trucks whole front end was replaced and it fits seamlessly into my existing truck beautifully. This was my first ever breakdown on the side of the road in trucking. My experience was was great. I would like to thank Sheila, who helped on the phone, Sheila was kind, genuine and helpful at 9:37 PM on a Friday night!
I would also like to thank the tow truck driver Matt, who was incredible and explained everything to me and Just made my first time breakdown a better experience. As far as professionalism and knowledge, they were both amazing. In regards to price they were really affordable, in my personal opinion, compared to the other towing truck companies in the area they were the most affordable company.”

“We had a vehicle on our property that was in a unique position that required skill to get it out to the road. When we explained the situation to them they knew just what to do. They arrived with a normal sized wrecker to finesse it from the tight spot, and a really bigger wrecker to get it down the road. They did what they said, when they said it, and their bill was not a penny more than they quoted. I would call them next time I needed assistance.”

“A family member came to visit us this weekend and unfortunately popped a tire on the way to our house. We called Aaron's and they were able to come out and put on a spare in such a timely manner.
The driver, Roland, was compassionate, kind, and professional. Our family member had a fall in the parking lot on the way to meet Roland, and he ran over to our family member to help. His grace and care in handling the situation is the reason we will always use this service and recommend it to others!
