“It’s the morning after and all I can say is thank goodness I’m not looking at a huge moving truck sunk into my dad’s prized front lawn. A snowy winter mix set the stage. With the truck 3/4 full with household contents a quick stop to pick up just a few things out of storage turned bad when the driver slid off the driveway and could not for the next 2 hours pull itself out, churning and churning. Billy showed up quickly with a huge ring and then for then next hour plus expertly finessed the truck out of the hole it had dug. It was masterful because it wasn’t straight forward. He had to reposition his lines to get the curve of the driveway respecting my parent’s yard and old growth landscaping. Thank you, thank you Billy!!!”

“Had to take my car there twice for the rear end. First time (pre-covid), my wife was driving my car and an idiot on an icy road plowed into the back of the car. They fixed it (obviously the other drivers insurance paid for it) and then work was done well and in a timely manor. Second time, I was driving and hit from behind by a driver on their phone. 1812 informed me that due to supply chain issues the part would take a while to come in but they had everything ready to go (they painted the part ahead of time to match my car) so when I brought in my car it was only there for one afternoon. A+ service in my book.”
