Clean branch friendly staff. Only 1 atm unfortunately, and it seems to break on occasion. Otherwise, great bank and service.

Staff went above and beyond when we discovered the reason I was having problems with auto pay was not a banking issue but a technology issue. They took the time to walk me through the process of making a auto payment on an unrelated app to pay my bill.

Their ATM is horrible. There is always something wrong with it. It is brand new and it was broken again last night. Your hours suck too. What happened to staying open until 5? They say 4:30 and I have to leave work early and they are closed before that. Changing banks.
