“I don't normally write reviews of banks, but the Bank of America branch in Sharon saved my mom $20,000. She was about to get scammed from someone online. But the bank manager, Evelina Gourdoukis, called me to check in before handing the money over to my elderly mother. Evelina knew my mom well enough to be aware of her usual banking habits. She noticed a departure of how my mom usually banks, and she thought quickly to stop my mom from losing $20k by calling me to verify the transaction. I'm so grateful to know that this branch is looking out for my mom.”

“I have had business and personal accounts with them for decades. (I was in the crowd who fled there from Baybank years ago). They have plenty of Big Bank services such as international wire transfers, a notary. etc. . The staff are personable and friendly and customer service has always responded quickly the very few times issues arose. I have no big quarrels at all, but I am charging them a star for their savings interest. Last month's was less than a dollar on a six-figure balance. My mattress would pay that, and might be soon.”

“I have used Mansfield, Norton and North Attleboro branches of the present bank and its partner-predecessor, Mansfield Coop Bank, since 1978! That alone should tell you how satisfied I am with the bank. Have had a mortgage in the past and ongoing checking and savings accounts. I have had nothing but efficient, courteous and pleasant experiences with the staff in all three branches. All are close to my home in Attleboro. And the online experience has been equally smooth. If I post a query, they answer it fast.The inside decor of each branch is also very tastefully done and projects a welcoming atmosphere.Interest rates at brick-and-mortar banks are , of course, low across the board. A bit of improvement on that score will make things perfect at this bank.Regardless, my wife and I recommend the bank withmuch enthusiasm.”

“I found this bank while sitting in traffic returning from a frustrating visit at Bank of America. I wasted two days and spoke with 6 different people at BofA and none of them could open the kind of account I needed which was a simple savings account for a 10 year old separate from my own accounts. They wouldn't do it because I am not his parent or guardian but a great Aunt. I called Webster and they immediately told me the kind of account I needed and the next morning in a very tight schedule they opened up the account made sure I had online access to it (I live out of state) and I was off and running. If Webster Bank was in my hometown I would be clearing out all my accounts from BofA!”

“I recently moved to Norton from Maryland. As a senior citizen, I chose Bluestone Bank for the convenience and benefits for seniors. Also, they have online banking. I opened my account at the Bay Street branch in Norton. Jason Jeffrey, the Assistant Vice President at the Raynham Branch, happened to be working there. He was very friendly and informative. He followed up a couple of days later to let me know my checks had been ordered as well as my debit card. Today I went to the bank to make a deposit and the teller remembered me from last week, even though I did not interact with her directly! I am very happy with the service and so glad I chose this bank!”

I waited approximately 10 minutes to be seen, which is reasonable seeing how busy they were.
