Communication with Max during the day of the move was also excellent, and he and his partner worked fast and efficiently. “We've used several U-Hauls in the area and with one exception (Toni the manager in Raynham), they've been varying degrees of awful. This U-Haul was amazing top to bottom. Everyone knew what they were doing, they were helpful and attentive, it was clean, the equipment we wanted that was listed on the website was actually available. The price was as quoted, we were able to get in and out quickly. This is how all facilities should be.”

“Hello. Long time customer of different locations, first time using the app and the cape rd . Location in Taunton. The facility was spotless and very organized. I can not say enough positive things about the uhaul employee who was working behind the counter when I walked in . He was unbelievably professional in his appearance and his actions. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was also incredibly, friendly, polite and all and all was actually a pleasure meeting him . My only regret was that I didn't catch his name. Whoever was the employee working behind the counter yesterday between 11am to 3pm (the times I was there for pickup and drop off) was incredible. I truly can't say enough positive things about my entire experience from start to finish dealing with that particular employee and the 35 Cape rd location in Taunton. Thankyou for making my entire experience a fantastic one. I will undoubtedly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs any moving, storage, equipment etc needs . “Dropping off our vehicle was smooth, despite only one staff member being visible on site. He was behind on checking in vehicles but asked if we were okay with receiving a digital receipt later. We appreciated not having to wait to drop off the vehicle, and the digital receipt arrived about an hour later with no issues. Overall, a convenient and hassle-free experience.”

“Everything about my recent (Jan 2026) experience renting a UHaul van was great! When we missed our pickup time due to weather-related delays (had to shovel out quite a bit of heavy snow), the location called to see if we were still coming to pick up. The pickup process was seamless, and we easily added my husband as an additional driver. The van had been cleared of snow, was very clean, and drove smoothly. It fit everything we needed to transport. Returning the van was just as easy as picking it up. We were very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend this UHaul location for your moving needs.”
