“Okay, yeah, so they lost a package once. But they pulled out the stops and found it. No complaints. It happens. And more than once I’ve had mail addressed to my street address, where I do not get US mail, and it ended up in my PO Box. The staff looked up the name and found me. I think that’s great service. My only complaint, I wish the postal service would increase the staff. These people work hard.”
“Our experience with Carroll’s was amazing! I was able to schedule pick up and delivery within a couple of days, and their service was impeccable. Highly recommend.”
“Here's a thankful note for Lin (I think is his name). He is a UPS delivery driver here in MV and aways delivery packages at my work (Edgartown) and tells us where he put and give us a greeting always with a full smile on his face. Thank You!”
“I have been using this post office for the past three years and I have seen a remarkable transformation. The service has become much more efficient, and tasks that used to take a long time are now handled quickly and smoothly. The staff and Post Master are professional and friendly. The overall experience is much more convenient than before. Congrats to the team and the beautifully improved aesthetics of the lobby area- it looks fantastic”

“A family business with the nicest people you’ll find anywhere! Thankful they are in Edgartown! I keep a mail box here and have used many of their services including blue print duplication, fax’s, and their printer when mine was down.”
