I had a package that was sent back to the sender after only 3 days, even though they say they hold packages for 5 days. And it was also off-season.

They didn’t even attempt to deliver my package. This the second package that has been sent back.

This was absolutely inefficient. If you have a package that was held here, make sure you fill out a form before hopping into that 30-minute long line.
