“The team at this location were absolutely fantastic. I never provide reviews but had do one here. They programmed a new key fob for my Jeep. I had a spare fob and they programmed it with no problem where other Battery Plus locations said it could not be done. Wow. Great service!!!!!!”

“I didn't get her name, but there was a woman working tonight who was amazing. She was done with her shift and saw me struggling in the parking lot and came over and helped me with my car. She was so kind and helpful. There was another gentlemen as well, I'm not sure if he was an employee but he was also incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for them for helping me get on my way after a two hour drive into Boston. This store is lucky to have her working there!”
