He introduced himself and directed us to where the selections were based on our needs. I was impressed with his patience, knowledge, people skills, and customer service focused mindset. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to sales associates of competitors. My mother is very picky and does not like to feel like she is being pressured to buy something. She was very pleased to not feel that she was being sold to. Zen answered all her questions and made her feel heard and needs understood.

“I had an outstanding experience with Mattress Firm in Everett, thanks to Valerie's exceptional customer service.
My son is moving into a rental house on June 1, but he won't receive the keys until 10:00 a.m. The mattress delivery window is between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so I was concerned about the possibility of the delivery arriving before he could access the house.
Valerie went above and beyond to help. She made multiple attempts to communicate with the delivery team to ensure they were aware of the timing issue and did everything she could to accommodate our request. She also helped me apply a discount code I had found online, which was greatly appreciated.
