“Excellent Customer Service from the owner himself, he actually called me to apologize that he wasn't able to deliver my order because he was working alone that night, and I just thought that was extremely courteous of him because he certainly didn't need to do that. So Thank You Very Much My Dear Friend ?”

“We had our wedding consultation at Total Wine in Everett and genuinely could not have had a better experience. The entire team was phenomenal! Incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and welcoming from start to finish. They gave us thoughtful recommendations based on what *we* actually wanted, and at no point did we feel pressured or upsold. If anything, they helped us make smarter choices while staying within budget. What could have easily been a stressful and expensive task turned into such a fun, easy, and enjoyable night. Their pricing is excellent, and their return policy honestly gives so much peace of mind when planning a wedding. We left feeling excited and taken care of. Huge thanks to the whole team for making this part of wedding planning such a positive experience. Highly recommend!”
