“I never shopped at Pet Supplies before but when I started dating my boyfriend, he took me the store in Medford. I can find most of the items I look for unless the items are out of stock. I also appreciate their shipment packaged well. In addition, the staff have always been helpful and friendly to my dog, who's always curious to sniff around the store.”
“I'm a regular at Jabberwock and they're fantastic. There's never been a question they haven't been able to answer, and it's so much fun getting to talk about reptiles or arachnids with the staff. They special-ordered an amblypygid for me and made sure to reach out when it arrived, which felt so special. Small stores like Jabberwock are a rarity in a time of big box stores, and it's such a joy to come in.”

“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
“5 stars for Polkadog!! It's been about a year since visiting Polkadog, after being frequent customers and moving away. We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. The best place to spoil your pup!”
“Brought our dog in for a lepto 2nd dose at the vaccine clinic. It's just a small area in the back corner of the store but it was quick and efficient. They pre-medicated with benadryl for this vaccine which was appreciated and unexpected!”

“I recently got a puppy and was looking for a store close by that offered healthy food/treats for my pup. They are a one stop shop for me always. I get my pup's dog food here, treats, toys, bandanas, bathing stuff, etc. Lauren the owner is amazing and always so helpful! She always takes the time to help me find what I am looking for and recommend anything she thinks would be beneficial for my pup. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your animals care. Carrie and Kayla who work there as well are fantastic and always willing to help me find what I need. The best dog store around! Thankful for this hardworking business and these ladies who run it.”
“I have a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and haven't brought him for a professional bath since our last groomer unfortunately went out of business. He's a rescue and can be fickle around new people. The lovely folks at Linda's told me he did great (I really hope so!) But I will say while he was happy to see me, he did seem very relaxed. The price was very reasonable for a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, etc and even a bandana! $$ is tight these days but we will be back soon!”

“I'm reviewing only for the grooming service. I had a really bad experience at PetSmart that left my Cavalier KC traumatized and in the ER; you can imagine I was pretty anxious in taking my baby back to a new place. Daniella is the only groomer there so she personally takes care of each dog from beginning to end. I explained all that had happened in the past and she was super understanding, texted and kept me updated throughout the service until the end plus my doggie looked so fluffy, cute and well groomed! I'm definitely going back to her! The price is also very reasonable so a plus on that as well! Thank you Daniella!”

“Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!”

“Associates were super helpful when I came in looking for cat-friendly treats to celebrate my girl's birthday! They went through every item at the self-scoop station and figured out which were dog-only and which were cat-and-dog. I was able to get a great assortment for really cheap, and I'll definitely be back to grab some treats for the pup.”
“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”

Their nails are trimmed and blunted, teeth brushed, bathed and brushed and glands expressed. both of them look lie super stars. Most importantly, they were in good spirits when we came to pick them up, as nina treated them with such care! Thank you so much!”
“This was our first time trying Dog Eat Cake as our local “barkery” closed. It did not disappoint! We drove an hour to pick up Max’s cake and it was totally worth it. The design was fun and unique (not your typical bone shape with minimal details). The cake was airy and moist. Max and his brother Leo loved it. It’s the best dog cake we have ever gotten! Dog Eat Cake will be our go to for both our pups!”

“I have been bringing my beagle Frankie to Riverdog for a little over a year now. From his very first day, he has loved it! I never have to worry because I know that he is always being well taken care of. Everyone has always been super friendly. Whether he is being welcomed in by Alexia or Kathleen or being brought out to me in the afternoon by Marissa, I can tell Frankie is always happy there! They treat him like he is their own! I also love how they post pictures regularly their Instagram! Highly recommend!”

“I am a new dog owner and took my dog here for our first DIY grooming experience which was spectacular. The Labrador that i adopted hadn't been groomed in a while and needed a good amount of work. The staff took time to walk me through each step and made sure I didn't miss a spot. The amenities are updated and clean. The retail store has a good variety of every product you can think. Reasonable prices too. We will be back again soon!”
