“These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! When they inspected the car, they found I needed new brake pads and rotors. They were able to complete the work same day and even offered to give me a ride home because I live locally. “My son had an accident in stoneham and it had to be towed . And couldn’t imagine how much it would cost because forgot to renew and it takes a week to kick in. . When I called about the towing company the person I spoke with was so nice and professional. . And I didn’t have the car so it took meet a couple of day and they worked with me. They were busy the day I wanted it towed and they were very apologetic about asked me if it was ok and I didn’t mind at all . And the gentleman that. Dropped the car off was so nice and it was first thing in the morning. I asked him for a card and would recommend them to anybody that needs a tow.

“If you can’t call your collision shop in a panic on a Thursday night, you’re definitely using the wrong place! My rear windshield shattered, and Isaias had me bring the car right over after work so they could take care of everything while I was away for the weekend. He gave me all the info I needed for my insurance company and the glass team they consistently use to make sure it was done properly. Truly the best experience during such a stressful moment!”

They were able to get me in ASAP, provide a warm place to sit out of the cold, and had me out the door with a new inspection sticker very quickly! “I originally called AAA for help because I accidentally locked my keys in my car during a downpour. The first guy came, couldn’t get into the car, and marked the job as complete without helping. I was so frustrated.
Then I called directly to get a quote, and the woman I spoke with was amazing !!! as soon as I explained what happened, she sent someone right out. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this good. Doug, the tow truck driver, was professional, fast, and so kind, especially given the weather.
