“I thought my car was totaled when a semi backed into it while making a delivery at PJ Kennedy & Sons. That driveway is notorious! This happened just before Thanksgiving and two weeks after putting in new $500 brakes. I did not have collision or rental coverage. PJ Kennedy gave me the name and phone number of the driver (a worker with no money or power) but not the vendor (whose insurance was actually liable). The detective at C11 was useless. Martin Lynch at M&S offered to repair the frame at no charge, and my insurance’s comprehensive coverage paid for the rear glass with zero deductible. Thanks to M&S, I was able to get my car back. You can’t put a price on that! Ten stars all the way.”

“Pretty good place to take car in for repairs and maintenance. I miss Jerry. Fred is pretty nice. Tony is really knowledgeable and funny. And last but not least- Gil is the most funny and great guy! I sometimes just stop by to say hi to Gil. Gas is more expensive there, though. That's a bummer but their pumps always stay busy! Oh and the air for the tires is great! Automatically stops when tire is full!”

“This is a really solid place I’ve been here three times over the years. When something needs to be replaced they have shown me or sent photographs and explained exactly why. There are times when I come in and they say oh this doesn’t need to be done that does need to be done but they’re very clear on what and why. I always look up prices before I say yes to some thing and what they charge is always spot on, and always reasonably priced, everybody’s nice everybody’s courteous. Everybody does things in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place.”
