“Pretty good place to take car in for repairs and maintenance. I miss Jerry. Fred is pretty nice. Tony is really knowledgeable and funny. And last but not least- Gil is the most funny and great guy! I sometimes just stop by to say hi to Gil. Gas is more expensive there, though. That's a bummer but their pumps always stay busy! Oh and the air for the tires is great! Automatically stops when tire is full!”

On Thursday, May 8th, 2025, I had a flat tire that needed urgent attention before heading to work. I found Los Tiburones Tire & Towing nearby with good reviews, so I drove there first thing in the morning.
They accepted my car right away. I watched as they carefully lifted the vehicle, inspected the tire, found the screw that had caused the puncture, explained the issue to me, and patched it up with attention and care. It wasn’t a quick patch job—they took the time to do it right.
When I asked about payment, I was genuinely surprised: they only charged me $20. I even double-checked because it seemed too low for the quality and thoroughness of the work. The staff confirmed the price, and I made sure to tip the mechanic in cash as a thank-you.
For context, when this happened to me in 2018, I paid $50 at another shop and still felt that was reasonable. This experience at Los Tiburones, however, was truly outstanding—not just because of the price, but because of how professional, courteous, and efficient they were.
Highly recommend. Honest businesses like this deserve to thrive.”

Guy wanted to be rude when I called to ask about coming to get my property out of the car that I assumed was totaled when I got there to get my stuff I decided I was going to be selling my truck and you can send my mechanic to get fixed I brought in my tablets and now I'm able to drive me out of my truck on top of being rude and acting like I was the cause of 18-wheeler hitting me and I need to pay is the warehouse on Staten Island the toll fee for it's sitting there all week even though I wasn't able to make it there because I don't have a car just beware the guy will act like it's your fault and being rude”
