Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) is a well-organized bank that provides prompt and courteous service. The tellers are extremely kind and helpful, answering every question with speed and great knowledge. The staff is highly professional and assists customers carefully when opening an account. Despite some salty and ungrateful people in the branch, the overall experience is great, and the bank is highly recommended.
Went in to open an account and was told to wait 45 min. After 1 hour plus someone came and said they are booked for the day and they are trying to squeeze me in. IF YOU ARE BOOKED FOR THE DAY WHY NOT LETTING ME KNOW INSTEAD OF MAKING ME WAIT AND THEM TELL ME YOU ARE TRYING TO SQUEEZE ME IN?????

Don't use the ATM to deposit cash because today I deposit $530 and the receipt printed with $300 then you have to call many times to get your money back and until now I didn't get my money back and I wasted my time
