I found out about this incredible company on a google search and living here in Knoxville TN I was looking for some specific tools that I needed. I had the chance to interact with Mr. Rich Nolan who works at Burns Tools and was able to help me out with my purchase. Rich has always gone above and beyond for all of my purchases and made sure everything has gone smoothly from the point of sale to delivery.Their online tool selection is excellent and their shipping is spot on, especially living here in Knoxville TN. I highly recommend Burns Tools to anyone looking for tools and or equipment.

I finally made it down to Burns Power Tools. They have a complete selection of Festool tools, chopsaws, sanding pads, vacs, etc. If you are looking for the top of the line tools...this is the place to go. They even have stiletto hammers/claws, occidental/diamond back tool belts in stock. Everything is on display to see and touch so you can get familar with the saw or drill. The major brand for their table saws is "SawStop," which is it is great to finally see one in person, even if you don't want one. There are tons of router bits in stock and so many makita cordless tools that I didn't even know existed. If you love tools, it's definitely worth the trip. Prices are normal for commercial grade tools and there are plenty of staff there to help you out. Another plus is they can sharpen your worn out and dull tools if you bring them in.

Went to Burns today to buy staples for my Bostich hammer tacker. There was a misunderstanding about the staples and I got the wrong size. Went to the truck to try the staples in my tacker and they got jammed. I brought the tacker and staples back into the store and let them know the sold me the wrong ones. One of the employees was trying to get the jammed staples out and ended up braking the tool. He then replaced my tool with a brand new one and even gave my co worker a brand new tacker as well to match the staples we purchased. I was amazed by his kindness and I want to let everyone know if they have any tool needs you should check out Burns before going to the big box stores. I'm still taken back by my experience today and will be doing more of my business with this small company that really values the customer. I didn't get your name today but thank you again!!!

My friend told me about this store. Drove 45 mins and loved everything about it. I have worked with the festoon system and shaper origin system. And they have all of that stuff and everything in between. Highly recommend.
