The fact that our windshield broke late afternoon the morning before our vacation made us nervous about being able to go away. We called Universal about an hour before closing and let them know of our situation. The receptionist was amazing and super helpful to get our claim processed. The following morning by 8:15am to our surprise Universal showed up to replace our windshield. It was amazing to be treated so well!!! Recommend them to everyone!!!!!!”
