“Hands down, fast, efficient, honest and gets it done right and the first time..... I've had all my non diesels repaired here and its the way to go. I have had brakes exhaust, radiator, shocks and motor work done on my Anniversary edition Mustang, I had a belt replaced on my Saab story 9-3 convertible, the Transmission was replaced on my Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 at the shop in a few hours, Rear lowering shackles and brakes on my flare side Ford F150. Matthew so graciously replaced Calipers, fixed ride height sensors, repaired leaky tires, changed oil, completed AC charge on my Yukon XL Denali. All inspection stickers here as well. He also rebuilt the front end of my Dodge Ram 5.9 complete wheel to wheel with alignment as well as fluid exchanges and tires. I may have light duty vehicles but he hasn't failed me over the last three years as my local mechanic. He was also available for a tow out at the beach which turned out to be a lack of fuel which he had on board his truck. Always prepared. If its broken it gets fixed here so don't try to pick your repair, doesn't make sense anyhow.Services: Transmission”

“STOP searching reviews for a mechanic and just go to J&J …this is your sign…A series of unfortunate events with my cars, and a recommendation from a friend lead me to J&J auto. Sometimes, things just work out because I am so grateful to have John and Jay! I love German cars, and they are the only ones I trust with working on my BMW. I’ve been going to them for almost 2 years now for everything down to my oil change. I will admit, I am a littleOver the top when it comes to my car and any noise I hear, I’m always asking them questions. John and Jay put up with all of the unnecessary concerns I have. Patience is the word I’m looking for, they have so much of that when it comes to me lol.They are honest, genuine, and kind. Also, they are always the same— happy and upbeat. The overall vibe at J&J is always great, even with other customers in the waiting area, that’s really saying something to the character and morals of John and Jay if you ask me…It makes going to the shop a pleasant experience even if I’m looking at a major repair lol. “Justin was incredibly kind & knowledgeable when I brought my diesel Audi Q7 with an oil leak problem nobody could figure out. He and his mechanic diagnosed the problem within minutes and he was very kind in explaining what needed to be done. Unfortunately by the time I heard about Mill City Diesel, we were moving several states away and the part needed would take a couple of months to arrive. Justin was so very helpful in offering solutions and how to safely drive my car to our new home until I could get it fixed at our new location. Highly recommend this shop because Justin was caring, kind, knowledgeable and helpful — and it was very evident the shop was well taken care of and they were experts in diesel repairs.”

If It was Midas or Monroe they would've charged me for a new muffler and all sorts of crazy hrs of work. “Spindle City auto glass are amazing!!I had a individual who accidentally pee in my vehicle. So I called Spindle and they took me in, I thought requesting to clean a human fluid would cost me more but apparently they do interior washing meaning they are definitely washing everything( I thought they were just going to vacuum real good). “I’ve never been to JR super lube in Fall River. Normally we have an account with our work trucks 22 in total, I needed an oil change, but I did not feel like going to where we have an account with due to the fact that I drop my truck off in the morning and they call me at 5 o’clock to come pick it up for an oil change. I am constantly driving all over New England. I cannot have my truck down for a day I went to JR. Super lube in Fall River and the technicians were under my truck to get an oil change and let me know. That it was not a smart idea to give me an oil change because my oil pan was leaking and told me I was down 3 quarts of oil in my brand spanking new truck regardless of the situation they put 3 quarts of oil in my truck and did not charge me For anything. Now I do business with lots of companies and a lot of people. And you do not see service like this anymore. They were honest, honest and straight up, regardless if they were making money or not. I respect that. I am definitely canceling my account and bringing my fleet vehicles to JR Super lube honesty means a lot to me. Now I wish I knew the two gentlemen names that I was talking But thank you . I recommend going here to 100%”
