First things first, I was in process of purchasing a truck and realized it did not have the options I need and I did not feel happy with the purchase so I bailed on the purchase and stop my bank from funding the loan, The truck was involved in a minor accident and failed safety inspections twice after that date and they could not fill me in on that information they told me it failed because the window tint was to dark (THAT'S A GOOD LIE THE WINDOWS HAD NO TINT EXCEPT FOR THE REAR WINDOWS THAT HAS FACTORY TINT) I did purchase a different truck from this dealer as for the sales team at this dealer they are all filled the lies and ghosting the customer no return calls or text replies and very poor customer service, The truck I did purchase had a few issues one was a crack windshield and I was told by the sales team what until you register the truck and put it thru your insurance, Well I waited for over a week to get the registration, The dealer sent out a company to replace the windshield so it could pass inspection as for the service department 50/50 on satisfaction I had a list of issues I found with the truck and gave it to the service department in writing they did do some of the things on the list, The truck has body noises that I wanted addressed and they completely ignored those issues, I ask for document copies of all the service work that was done and a copy of the alignment, Well It took two weeks of chasing the service department for the info, I rec. some but not all, The truck is missing the second key the salesman was checking there other dealership to see if they may have the key , Well it took over two weeks to get an answer that could have been done with a five minute phone call I tried a number of time to contact them with no return contact, Finally I show up at the dealership and I get this, The salesman said the other dealership doesn't have the second key and it you want a second key it will cost you an extra $500 to get one, EVERY ASPECT OF THIS DEALERSHIP IS EXTREMELY POOR, I OWN A BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY NOT LIES AND GHOSTING THERE IS NO 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH THIS DEALERSHIP I HAVE MADE A COPY OF THIS REVIEW AND I AM MAILING A LETTER DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER OF THIS DEALERSHIP THE OWNER WILL NEVER SEE THIS REVIEW ON LINE SO I AM MAILING IT DIRECTLY TO HIM IN WRITING TO GIVE HIM A HEADS UP ON WHAT HIS SO CALLED DEALERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF PROVIDES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I DID NOTICE THAT MOST OF THE ONE STAR REVIEWS HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER WHY IS THAT, IF YOUR LOOKING TO PURCHASE A FORD PRODUCT OR ANY USED VEHICLE TRY A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP LIKE TASCA FORD, RODMAN FORD, GRIECO FORD, FLOOD FORD, WAREHAM FORD I RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR A RECALL AND IT'S NOT GOING TO ANY OF EMPIRE FORD'S DEALERSHIPS, I WILL DRIVE THE DISTANCE TO GET BETTER SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME.

Tea and Kevin took care of me. I had some issues but they straightened them out. I was very happy in the end when I left that’s why I’m writing this review so everybody knows how happy I actually am hopefully Kevin and T get to read this as well so they know that I sent them a good review

Terrible people. Terrible service. Shady people. Shady service. I went in store on Saturday (11/22/25) and bought a part in CASH. I went back 30 minutes later to return party as it wasn’t the part needed and they didn’t have the one I needed in stock so I was looking to get my money back. I was told “cash is closed and we will have to write you a check” , which I was ok with , no big deal. Then I’m told at the cashier I can only get my check on MONDAY (11/24/25) and they’d give me a call. Monday came I got no call, so today (Tuesday 11/25/25) at 4:30pm I call them for my check. They kept giving me the run around about a simple 126$ check, as I was told I could only get the check on Friday now (11/28/25) , so I ask to speak to someone higher up, operations manager, very rude, acting very smart, as I got sick and tired of the run around, I tell him I’ll just be leaving a review as their reviews aren’t the greatest and I’m told “Depending on the review I might not have your check ready then” so I went on to tell I’m glad you said such, I can just get my lawyer involved, and he proceeded to tell me “since you’re getting lawyers involved I no longer have your check and I can no longer help you” and hangs up. These people are terrible and this isn’t even the first time this happens !

I originally had a very difficult and frustrating experience with the service process, especially around communication and the challenge of securing a loaner vehicle. My truck ended up needing two modules replaced, and for a while I felt completely stuck — no vehicle, delays, and very little clarity on what was happening. As someone with two young kids and a busy schedule, that was tough.
However, everything changed once the GM, Bryce, personally reached out. He stepped in, explained the situation clearly, and went above and beyond to get me into a loaner. He also helped me understand why obtaining loaners is such a challenge for them and what goes on behind the scenes. His customer service skills are genuinely unmatched, and his involvement completely turned the situation around. I’m extremely grateful he took the time to resolve this.
I also want to say that I’ve always had great experiences with the sales team — Shane was fantastic during the buying process, Roberto in finance was excellent, and I do believe my service advisor Matthew has been doing everything he can with the circumstances he’s dealing with.
While my service experience started off on the wrong foot, I’m hopeful the positive turnaround continues once I receive my truck back. Thanks again to Bryce for stepping in and making things right.
Additional note for shoppers: Be aware that there is a $2,995 Vehicle Preparation Fee listed in the fine print. It’s included in the final price — so definitely negotiate the sticker price to account for that.

Just went through the process of a car loans with my wife. The process was seamless. Keep in mind i came in on Sunday and I got in and out everything explained well and detailed and out practically brand new toyota camry 2023 within 2 hours of open. The whole team from the manager to the finance department to the our sales consultant Mert Mavigoz. If you want honesty and great payments come to empire ford. They accept all kinds of credit. And very great on working with all types of down payments and trade ins. Wouldn't recommend any other dealership hands down. Easiest 5 stars i could have rated.for a business.

I purchased a Maverick at Empire Ford in Fall River today. Kevin Bancroft was the sales person and he was awesome. He walked me through the process and actually made it seem simple and easy. I also felt that he was looking out for my best interest too. I highly recommend Kevin if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle at empire Ford.

My husband just bought a Ford maverick 2025 tonight at Empire Ford of Fall River. Kevin Bancroft was our sales person and hands down one of the absolute best sales people we have ever dealt with in purchasing a car.
