Booked an suv for a last minute camping trip, and when we got there, we were told because we booked last minute we were at the mercy of what they had. Why make it look like there's an suv available when, in fact, the only car available is a sedan?

Hertz Rental is my favorite for many reasons. I usually rent the cars from Airports, but the last two times I rented were from Hertz in Fall River MA.
