The service sucks their is ways issues with the phones their always so slow even wirh unlimited 5g always says no internet connection then reconnects

Went to pay a bill at this store and the person told me that the Metro PCS system is completely down. inconvenient and that was a lie I had to go to New Bedford Mass to pay the bill

Very bad, only a few days it works perfectly and the rest are too bad and even they charge you ten days before they are already demanding payment from you
