Service is ok, deals are good. The signal drops while I'm texting and calling therefore interfering with things I'm doing. Going to Verizon because I can actually rely on them, I even had Metro back when it wasn't T-Mobile.... was slow but go it done. With Verizon things load fast and the deals were even better.

I just left this store. They have the iPhone 11 for free. When you pull it over, so it says I'm the price tag. Try buying the phone and the guy's test. There's a $50 charge for the phone when the price tag says free. I say that is false advertisement. I want the phone for free. And the guy doesn't budge at all.

I went to change the SIM card from one cell phone to another and the attendant told me that she would charge 26 dollars to perform the service. That was on a Friday, when I went back to do the exchange on Saturday there was another attendant and he charged me 42 dollars to exchange. I only found out about the price when he finished the job, which must have taken about 5 minutes to do. This is not the first time I have received an extra charge from this same store.

I was told over the phone that there was no down payment needed for an upgrade, the guy charged me $277 in cash. Never gave me receipt for that . My actual receipt says I paid $1300 for iPhone 14 pro max. But when I call metro it says I owe $1250 still? What the hell is going on ? This is fraud and very serious!

Went to port out of my current carrier for the iPhone 11 promo and associates had no clue how the promo worked. Seems that received no training whatsoever.

Worst Metro store I ever visited. Employees acted like I was an inconvenience, refused to help me and I had been a customer for years. I had to call customer service and go to another location, where my issue was easily resolved

Great services from the guy behind. The counter that I was help by . But the other empoley that worked with him was very loud . And very unprofessional. Cursing ? ? being very baligernt had no disregard for customers .

The representative inside the store was very nice but when we called Metro the guy on the phone couldn't help at all and his supervisor was rude and wanted to hang up and trying to rush me off the phone and wasn't trying to explain or resolve the issue I had.
