My internet barely works and i cant get ahold of ANYONE to help me fix it. When I call the 611 number they aren't any hell either because I cant get through to a representative because the bot is to stupid to comprehend what I'm saying.

The service sucks their is ways issues with the phones their always so slow even wirh unlimited 5g always says no internet connection then reconnects

Went to pay a bill at this store and the person told me that the Metro PCS system is completely down. inconvenient and that was a lie I had to go to New Bedford Mass to pay the bill
