“This is a nice self standing CVS in Fall River. There's plenty of parking, the parking lot looks very well kept and clean. The store inside is nice and well stocked. I was surprised to see many different varieties of mouthwash. Many places just carry the Listerine or the Scope brands along with their own generic label, but this one had many several options to choose from. CVS is headquartered in Woonsocket, about 20 minutes north of Providence, so it's one of RI's largest employers and corpoations. “I've been to this Walgreens multiple times, recently there is a newer employee his name is Yamuel Molina. He is a very polite younger man. His work ethic stood out to me as I used to manage a business. When I left the first encounter with him he was telling the coworker how he'd help with whatever he could until his last 30 minutes were up. It's hard to find great quality employees these days. Glad you found one for your staff.”

“I am giving five stars only because of BETHANIE in the pharmacy.I had never been to this location before today, but she gave excellent customer service, even after I had never planned to go to another CVS again because of terrible customer service at a prior location.We had been given the runaround by multiple CVS pharmacy's trying to get vaccinated. We did a walk-in to this particular pharmacy, and Bethanie was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. She squeezed us in, and was even concerned about our young children, who were afraid of the shots. She did the kids herself, because she could sense their apprehension.Bethanie, you deserve all the recognition! Thank you so much for your kindness, and for taking care of our family.I do not recommend CVS, but I recommend Bethanie wherever she goes.”
