The staff is so helpful!! A few people were having problems at the kiosk and feeling very stressed. Several staff members helped them with such patience and kindness. I was really impressed!

There was no wait. I was taken in immediately upon check in. The gentleman (Miguel?) who took my blood was very kind and he was really skilled at the procedure. There was no pain and my arm was comfortable the whole time.
