Spoke with Trisha Adams and she was just a delight to interact with. Her location on Middle St closes at 4:30 and she went above and beyond trying to help me resolve my problem. She actually helped us till 4:45, 15 minutes after there closing time. Her personality and professionalism was a breath of fresh air.”
