typing this as i wait in the waiting room, i had an appointment for 1:40 for a drug test and arrived at 1:35, checked in and someone took my ID, it is currently 2:11 and have not been seen, plenty of people have came in after i did and they were seen before i was, i find it unacceptable to be waiting 30+ minutes when it seems like i could have been seen already, very unprofessional and disrespectful in my humble opinion

Made an appt for 1pm, was seen at 12:50pm and out before 1! Quick, easy, painless. Super nice staff.
Having had my blood drawn at Quest a million times in my life… I know doctors tell you that you can just walk in. That’s irrational, they couldn’t know how busy the location you’re going is. Just make an appt, it’s super easy and I’ve never had a problem that way.

See if your doctor’s practice can do your bloodwork on premises. The lab results are quick and accurate and easy to forward on, but the offices are understaffed and very hurried. It was very concerning.

My girlfriend had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM. I happened to be in the area so I had her check in early as a walk in. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeing no one walk in, she asked the front desk whether they were taking her and she said “she would ask”. They said they would take her, and finally after the doctor who had the man bun came to get her, he made sarcastic comments about how she is putting everyone who had an appointment behind, and when she thanked him for taking care of me he continued to be rude and responded “yup”. Horrible customer service and if they are so bothered by walk ins just say no and that you can’t check in early and for me to come back when I had my appointment scheduled. Miserable people who seem to hate their job and the people they claim to care for.

Easy to find, on the first floor, and good signage. Lots of parking. Friendly, skilled, expedient staff.

Location is easy to get to. Making appointment on line is very easy. Check-in is simple. Did not need to wait. Lynn was excellent with our son, she explained everything to him. Thank you!

No front desk, no one to speak to, made an appointment but the kiosk didn’t recognize my information and there was no one to ask. Awful experience!Every time I’ve been to this place the experience was terrible, except for the people actually administering the tests. They were fine and did a good job

They scheduled me for an appointment at 3:10 and when I arrived they told me that they stopped administering the test I was there for at 3:00. They could not have been less professional or helpful, and seemed to be ambivalent that they wasted my time.
