Wait time was 4 hours and Ive been here for 5 1/2 hours. Taking people who came in after me and not the few others that's been there for 6 hours.

What is the point of reserving your spot online if they still make u wait 2+ hours?? Its absolutely ridiculous
Go over to highland Ave urgent care. You will be in and out of there in a half hour.
