“We were in town for a wedding in Bristol. After an 8-hour drive from Baltimore, we realized we had a bad chord in one of 4 "used car" tires that were sketchy at best. Dan had us hooked up with 4 new tires of our choosing. We were in at 8 am and picked the car up at 1:30 pm. Had us done hours before the wedding that afternoon! “I went in to the Fall River Firestone to get a standard oil change and possibly some new tires ahead of a 500 mile trip south. The staff there was inviting and understanding. I expected them to take the whole weekend to with the amount of cars that were in their parking lot. However, they finished my vehicle with an oil change, inspection and new tires in the same day. If I am ever up this way again and need maintenance/repairs that I cannot do myself, I will definitely stop at the Fall River location again.”
