“I just wanted to take a moment and say that this company , specifically Matt, went above and beyond for me. My daughter was in a major accident and they towed her car to this place . When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . “Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”

“Buried my heavy duty truck in a snowbank. Called AAA. Got the run around from AAA and cancelled my initial roadside assistance through them. Vics towing came out with the right equipment to wench me out. I was on my way in no time. Tomorrow I will be cancelling my AAA membership. Need a tow? Just call these guys directly!”
