“I just wanted to take a moment and say that this company , specifically Matt, went above and beyond for me. My daughter was in a major accident and they towed her car to this place . When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . Called Kirk’s and they took me in right away and worked with my warranty company. Was a huge job and picked it up and heard a little noise and he told me bring it back. Tighten the exhaust and is perfect. Stands by his work and was done in decent time. I’m so happy I went here. Also gave me a 12 month warranty on parts. Definitely recommend.”
