Jardel was efficient (something that is rare at the phone store), quickly providing phone options and cost info that made my decision easy. He quickly transferred my data while I shopped nearby and when I returned my phone was ready to go!

Wayne deserves a rating of 20 stars, not just 5 stars. He solved a very difficult technical problem with my new phone that makes it usable for business, not just home use. Verizon has a great Representative in Wayne that Verizon's competitors lack.
