“This clinic is great. We brought our cat to be spayed. She is tiny and was going into heat every couple weeks, and we had trouble finding somewhere who would do the procedure. They have a very reasonable waitlist, and the price was something we could finally afford (we were getting multiple $900-1.5k quotes elsewhere). They don’t up charge you like crazy on things like the pre-exam, calling the after hours line for questions, anesthesia, etc. It’s all very reasonable. My cat specifically, due to her size and the combo of medications, had a lot of issues immediately after the surgery. The first night was very difficult, and when we called the next morning, they were incredibly accommodating. They helped us get a sedative to use when needed, gave us a donated cone that fit my cat a lot better (and she’s so, SO much more comfortable in), gave us advice on recovery suits, and checked her wound. All on short notice, as well. They’re thorough with their explanations and making sure you understand all the info being handed to you, and the recovery process. Definitely would recommend:)”

“The staff are great. They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my dog and made us both feel welcome. Really nice people. The pricing is reasonable. Vet care is expensive but they are not overpriced. It was a good experience. Im glad I brought Kevin there.”

“I have been with Dr. Braga for over 20 years! She took care of all my labradors and my Rottweiler and now my Blackie beagle! I trust her explicitly! We are friends! She would even come to my home to put my dogs to sleep! There is no one like her or her husband, John! Compassionate and caring there are not enough words! Her staff has always been friendly and accommodating! I miss Mary, the front girl, desk, and secretary she was always so patient and kind with me! God bless!!”

“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

“Dr. Melo is the best vet you will ever meet! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate too. Fairly priced as well. Friendly and empathetic staff”

“Possibly the first and only Google review I'll ever write. Our dog was not eating or drinking water. He got progressively worse. Ultimately, it was Dr. LeClair that diagnosed our dog with Addison's Disease (a rare disease and an easy diagnosis to miss) which essentially saved his life. This place is a no frills, no BS practice. These are consummate professionals who pride themselves on providing top quality care without overcharging people who love their pets. 10/10. Best value you will ever find.”

“so in March, I had to put my dog bear down. He had cancer everywhere even in his brain and I just wanna give a shout out to Dr. Lavin. She’s very calming and peaceful and she even gave me a hug that meant a lot to me.? Also wanna give a shout out to Vicky she went above and beyond what a vet tech would do. She actually came to my house and Dropped off the paw, print for bear and the vile of his fur forever grateful that meant so much to me??? And also want to give another shout out to the vet tech I had today Finn, She explained everything very well multiple times because I was very upset. She remained very calm and very peaceful which made me feel at ease. And I think she would make a great vet someday???”

“ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! My Boston Terrier and I travelled from Canada for SRT and from the first point of contact with Courtney and Dr. Ware I knew I was in the right place. Courtney was amazing to deal with and her and Dr Ware truly care about their patients. Piper is now recovering form the procedure and we are very grateful for the additional time we have been given with her. Thank You from the bottom of my family's heart to the entire team at Bay State for everything they have done for us, this has been a life changing experience.”
