“Dr Ida is very thorough and attentive to our dogs. She takes her time with us and never makes us feel rushed. We think she’s great. Front desk staff are really nice especially Lara.”
“Feel lucky to have this veterinary support available and nearby. We had a bit of a wait but my golden was well cared for and the treatment plan worked. The entire staff were professional and kind. Staff were professional and kind”
“Brought my Boston Terrier, Gunner in today for his annual and saw Dr. Tiede. Can not say enough great things about him! While being informative he is super personable. Front desk staff as well as vet techs were very friendly. Highly recommend!”

“ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! My Boston Terrier and I travelled from Canada for SRT and from the first point of contact with Courtney and Dr. Ware I knew I was in the right place. Courtney was amazing to deal with and her and Dr Ware truly care about their patients. Piper is now recovering form the procedure and we are very grateful for the additional time we have been given with her. Thank You from the bottom of my family's heart to the entire team at Bay State for everything they have done for us, this has been a life changing experience.”
