“I was supposed to pick up my rental car on the February 22nd but due to the blizzard I changed my flight to the 25th. I stopped by the office and the person working on the 21st, sorry I don't know your name, was very accommodating!! Well, those in this area know how bad it was! So, I changed my flight to the 27th. I was unable to call due to the blizzard and all the havac it caused. I decided to drive over to the office on the 25th and see what I could arrange. Phillip was working and would be there on the 26th when I needed to pick up my rental. I went back the 26th and Philip was so helpful and professional. We commiserated about the storm, no power, lack of heat and the joy when the power was turned on. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the staff at Budget. I will always rent from them!!”
