“Absolutely Great Service. Henry is awesome. Fast, Quick, and Professional! The rates are fair compared to the local competition, which is a plus! Thank you very much! Also, the address is 19 Beach Road, Google should fix it!”

“The vehicles were in great condition, but I'm giving this place five stars because of the exceptional service we received from Henry! It turned out that my flight was running late, and Henry worked with me to get my mom on the lease so that she could pick up the car before closing. A month later when I checked the charge against my original reservation, I realized that I hadn't received the corporate rate that I expected, and Henry communicated immediately that he would research the cause, found the issue, and provided a refund all within a very short time frame. He has been incredibly professional and helped me have a worry-free holiday. Absolutely brilliant, thank you so much Henry!”

“The rental process itself was very easy and efficient. It is just a small kiosk, and the whole process took about 10 minutes: you pay, sign the paperwork, and you are on your way. The price was around $200 for a Bronco, which was steep but reasonable considering the location. The main issue was the staff member working there, who unfortunately seemed very inexperienced and not particularly helpful. When we returned the car, I was cleaning it and asked if there was a trash bin. He first pointed me to one across the street, then realized there was actually one right behind the kiosk. He also did not seem to know that the Bronco’s soft top could be retracted. Overall, the rental was quick and straightforward, but the staff could definitely benefit from better training and familiarity with the vehicles.”
