“Great local neighborhood convenience store! I have frequented this store for years due to the convenience in location to my home, especially living in a highly sought out vacation spot during the summer/warm months resulting to EXTREME traffic! Meaning 1 mile can take you literally 30min when you’re in a hot zone. So there for its 1.5 distance can also be accessed from many areas of the town all having some sort of short/cut to maneuver in and out! Even after changing of ownership it was exchanged in the family and both owners have been a true example of what neighborhood business owners should be!”

“My parents have a T Mobile account. In October my Dad passed away and the account was in his name. My Brother called T Mobile and after about a week they could help him transition the account into my Mom's name. Due to issues he put it in his name and her as an authorized user. We thought all was well until my Mom received a collection notice on her account. She was set up as paperless billing and didn't think about the fact she never received a bill!! Once again my brother made a call paid the bill. I am here visiting my Mom and knowing the issue wanted to make sure her account was current. Once again, she still has not received a bill. So, I went into the store. Andre was the one that came to help me. Since my Mom was not with me he couldn't do anything due to fraud. He was very professional and compassionate but could not help me at this time. Needless to say I was a little distraught and he was very kind and we spoke about what my next steps could be. My Mom was up to going with me but staying in the car as she'll be 88 in 13 days. Andre was with someone and I wanted to wait for him. Once he was available we went out to the car so he could see my Mom and access the account. We chatted about the account and what needed to be done. Once again he was AWESOME!! Due to his professionalism and caring nature I felt much better about T Mobile. I was ready to move my Mom's account to another provider. But due to him I am willing to keep her account with T Mobile. I was not happy with customer service when I called but hands down Andre changed my opinion of T Mobile. Go to the store and see Andre!!”
