Nick the front desk person was very impolite and unhelpful. He saw my wife trying to maneuver up the stairs with laundry which is on the 2nd floor and would not help.

Rooms are nice. The furniture can use some updating. Hotle was recently sold, so updates should be in the near future. Near the parking lot to woods hole. A on site gym would be nice and complimentary coffee in the lobby if not breakfast like some hotels offer. Near area resturants. Also there is no elevator.

I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and rooms are big and comfy.
