All I can say is thank god they have AJ. He is a very smart, professional and personable. The other two who were in the store could not have been more useless. AJ handled all of the customers in the store while the others did absolutely nothing. Thank you!!

I was out of town and was having issues with my phone and I went into the store to see if they could help. A gentleman assisted me and was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I offered to pay for their help, but they stated that it was not needed. After he was done he went back and his manager came out and looked up my account and basically started to review the acct and told me he could save me money blah blah blah. I stated i was there just to get my phone looked at and fixed, and he stated that he could reduce my bill by 30.00 month, no changes to my plan and everything would stay the same except I would have one additional line that would show up on the bill but that the charges total charges would stay the same, and my bill would be 30 dollars less. WRONG. Got home the next day and looked up my account. It showed that by next bill was going to be 70 dollars higher. I was being charged 40 dollars for changing plan, which was not mentioned, and then the 35 dollars for the 4th phone. The month following the bill would be 186 which reflected a reduced rate for the existing 3 phones but it also was charging me for the 4th phone that I DID NOT NEED OR WANT.
BAIT AND SWITCH!! I spent the next hour on the phone and was able to get all the charges removed, including the 4th not needed phone, off the bill and was also given a reduce rate for the next year. So now my bill is 50 dollars a month cheaper that what I was paying originally, which is nice, but it was BS for having to go thru this process. BAIT AND SWITCH!!

Needed to return some FiOS equipment. Brought it here specifically because web site indicates that they accept it for return. Store was totally empty except for one employee. Not customers. As soon as I stepped In he said we don’t take that stuff. When I told what it said on website he said I don’t care what it says we don’t take take. Go to Hyannis or Wareham. Website says those locations do NOT accept equipment returns.

Went in to cancel my phone plan. Got asked where I am going for my next phone carrier. Told them Xfinity. They proceeded to tell me it was a horrible idea and that I wont have service with them. Whats funny is the SAME cell towers are used by both companies. Definitely not an attitude people want to deal with nor the correct information.
