This morning it was very busy at Verizon because after Fourth of July people had phones that have been dropped in this so water, etc. My old phone just quit last night. There were only two agents and the one guy was able to jump back-and-forth between two or three people and help everyone and was so patient.

I wasn’t interested in purchasing a new phone and made my point clear. However, I did need help with my screen as well as a tech issue and the young women that helped me wasn’t pushy. Knowledgeable and helpful! In and out. Happy Verizon customer and I tipped the young lady for her help 🙏
