“This store was so organized and everything was neat on the shelves. My husband and I noticed a very diligent worker who was working her magic. It was Sat at 6-630pm on 12/13/25. She was helpful, accommodating and very pleasant! In this busy season of chaos, she kept that store organized! Very good experience and prices are still trying to stay low. Thank you.”

Evan Lamb was the worker who helped me in the store with checking item numbers to make sure that I had the correct shelving. He also put all of my heavy boxes in my car. He is an amazing person and worker.

“I love Five Below! It has everything for the lowest prices, they have so many dupes I’m now obsessed with! If you love labubus you should get labubu dupes, at five below for the lowest prices! Beware that there isn’t much employees, there is only self checkout which I don’t have a problem with.”
“Out of all the Ocean State job lots I've gone to in CT, I'd have to say this one takes the cake. Large selection of everything, clean and organized most of the time, the staff are, well people suck, so we will not be including my interaction experience, lets just say if I based this review off the staff there would not be five stars. Just remember you get what you pay for. But all in all I give this location and management an A+, keep up the good work and have a talk with your employees about being more people friendly”
“I went to this one because I didn't find what I wanted in the others. And I found it and you know what? Tremendous service, by mistake I left my wallet after choosing the purchase and I had to return home to look for the wallet and the very kind cashier, whom I congratulate for this service, saved my things and I returned and was able to pay. He was there in his box and when he saw me he asked, did he come back? He was happy to see me. If I kept my promise to return because of their kindness and good treatment, I recommend going there. It is well supplied and everything is well arranged. The wheelchair passed very comfortably through the hallways and through its doors. I asked about a product and the employee helped me look for it and explained it very well to me. I tell you, I congratulate you because you deserve it. It is a store of home clothing, clothing and household products, bathroom, kitchen, cleaning, etc. The prices are very affordable and you can buy online and pick it up in the store.”
“Ocean State Job Lot in Holyoke is a hidden gem for bargain hunters! Every visit feels like a treasure hunt, and I always leave with more than I planned, but at incredible prices.
The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from household goods to groceries. I recently went in looking for gardening supplies and was delighted to find a wide selection of quality products at unbeatable prices. They even had some unique items that I hadn't seen elsewhere.
The staff here are always friendly and willing to help. During my last visit, an associate went out of their way to help me find a specific item. Their customer service is top-notch, making the shopping experience even better.
What I love most about Ocean State Job Lot is the value for money. Whether you're stocking up on essentials or looking for something special, you can count on finding great deals. It's become my go-to spot for all sorts of shopping needs.

“I took my three granddaughters here and they have such a variety of stuff. The girls enjoyed shopping with one another. I feel that the candy and snacks are to expensive here. We didn't go there for that but just looking at the price while waiting in line. I wouldn't buy candy or snacks there.”

“Don't think everything will be a dollar, common sense...some items you should check for expiration date, do your homework, sometimes you are not saving , most of the items found here will be at your supermarket...but some aren't....also avoid the crowds,.”
“I stopped in here with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by all they have to offer at very good prices..... I believe most items are $1.25 with some items higher. Good for quick visits and much better than the usual convenience store with much better prices. Plenty of parking and lots of items to choose from including food, bath products, kitchen products, paper goods etc, etc.”

“I recently started coming to this dollar tree after having an unpleasant experience with an employee at the Enfield, CT locations. The employees here are always nice and helpful. The store is on the smaller side and usually when I go there are a lot of boxes that haven't been unpacked, but I can usually still find what I am looking for.”

“I moved to Westfield about 6 months ago and stop into Dollar General every few days for staple goods like water, razors, bandaid, etc. I have needed help finding items and since I'm old fashioned; I try to learn people's names at places I frequent out of respect. Last night I stopped in for some water and a protien milk. When I came up to the register, Alex greeted me and asked how things were going. It may be small talk, but it's people like him that make a big chain store into a warm hometown experience through interpersonal connection. Thank you Alex for always going above and beyond to help and say a kind word.

“This store has been closed for at least 6 to 8 weeks because of no AC and I guess they also closed in the winter for the same problem with the heat. We really need a dollar store open in this area so I hope they're not going to be closed for Good. Seems like they need to update the heating and air conditioning system so I don't know if they own the building or if they pay rent on it but they're losing a lot of money by being closed for so long which is a shame for both them and the customers who rely on them.”

I just want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the Family Dollar employees who were working on Easter Sunday. It’s not easy giving up a holiday to serve the community, and it’s even harder doing it with the level of patience, grace, and professionalism I witnessed.
Despite dealing with some difficult customers, the staff kept their composure, stayed respectful, and managed to maintain a light, welcoming mood throughout the store. Their teamwork, positive energy, and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed. It made a big difference in the shopping experience that day, and I truly appreciate each of them for showing up and showing out.
