“My favorite rental truck is always Penske - I went with a lower price elsewhere and got a 24 hour notice that I wasn't getting my truck. Penske was able to save the day.They also called me 2 hours before my pickup time to confirm I was still renting the truck then had it out in front of the office with the windows down so it wasn't hot. The tank was full, the back was clean, and the paperwork was ready to go.Thank you for your great service.”

“I've had a storage unit with U-Haul for about 4 years I want so bad to clear the unit which I have plans to do in the next couple days I was given a unit with a big Pole blocking the corner of my unit they wouldn't discount me I'm having a problem finding another unit they are clean I don't think you should have to pay to get in after hours they charge about $5 to get in up until 10 after closing and $10 for 24 hours I think they charged enough for the unit itself we should have access to our belongings 24/7 without having to pay extra money for an access card I've seen other storage where you pull up and they give you a code to open the gate and you drive in that's the only downfall U-Haul does have and I ran into a problem renting a truck it was a black woman working that told me I was too late when it was the second time to return for this truck but rented to the black woman behind me I waited outside and saw her leave with the van that I should have been driving away in this location was Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts the situation was reported I don't know how it was handled”

“I just had the most wonderful experience because of Steve (whom I have talked to quite a few times over the last couple of years and always found him to be both professional and kind all at once) earlier this morning (from the Suffield CT Life Storage).
I have been weeks and then days away from my unit being auctioned off and I have really been despairing over the situation I found myself in, that of being unable to pay off what my balance was. Steve worked with me to make it so that I would not lose my storage unit. I had to go over what he said a few times in my mind for it to register this fact.
It is hard to express my gratitude, such an enormous weight has been lifted from me. Anyone who keeps a storage unit has their possessions that they do not want to lose. In my case it is several hundred books from my mom’s and dad’s literature and poetry teaching, they are extremely important to me….
