“I had some new exhaust tips put on my vehicle this afternoon. This was after sending an email with a lightning fast reply, a phone call that I missed then a visit to the shop. The owner took a look at my car and said they could absolutely take care of what I was looking for. What I wasn’t expecting was same day service, not to mention in under and hour. I’d personally like to thank the owner as well as his fellow employees for their work. My car looks just awesome. I recommend Lou’s Custom Exhaust for anyone looking for a basic upgrade to their vehicle or someone more detail oriented.”

“It was nice to visit a shop that people are actually honest with you about what is wrong with your vehicle and not trying to make you spend more money for things that are not wrong with your vehicle. So far things are working as was stated to me they would be and if there were any issues to call or come by immediately with my vehicle so they could help me with any issues that occurred.”

“I recently took my restored 1989 K1500 to Victory Speed Shop for new tires and rims, and I had a fantastic experience. Eric was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to help me customize my wheels and making sure I chose the correct sizes for my truck. The parts came in very quickly, and the installation was completed without any issues. They treated my truck with great care and attention to detail, which meant a lot considering the work that’s gone into restoring it. It’s hard to find shops that combine excellent customer service, knowledge, and quality workmanship, but Victory Speed Shop delivered on all three. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wheels, tires, or performance upgrades. I’ll definitely be back for future projects”

“Out of several area repair shops approved by my insurance company I checked out CJ’s auto body because they answer every negative review. I note that the negative reviews don’t mention the quality of the workmanship. I can tell you not only did they deliver my vehicle to me ahead of schedule, but the workmanship is top-notch. From Carl to the front office, to the people who worked on my truck in the shop It will be hard to find a better auto repair shop that is run so well top to bottom. It’s the attention to detail and the professionalism that I value more than anything. Feel free to do your own research, but if you need a repair job done on your vehicle, you won’t find anyone better in the Leominster/Fitchburg area!”

“These guys are PHENOMENAL! I was two hours from home, on my way to host a training and my car started overheating and I pulled into the ship because it was the closest one I found. I was so upset because, not only was I far from home, but going to be late for a class that I was teaching. They got me in right away and got me a rental car ASAP so I could get to my training. Honestly I am not use to service like this these days. I highly recommend them! So grateful they were my first stop.”

“Highly recommend this body shop. They were professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the work was excellent — my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. They finished on time, handled everything smoothly, and the customer service was great from start to finish. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto body repair shop.”

“Subaru specialists, super knowledgeable, work done right the first time, reasonable prices, and always honest. A friend recommended them when I had my first Subaru; I bought my second Subaru from them after they maintained it for a decade-plus for its previous owner. I don't mind the half-hour drive, because nowhere else around is this good.”

“CAP has been a good auto parts store I've used on and off for years. Now they are linked with Amazon. I looked on Amazon for a spark plug for my garden tractor. Before checkout I noticed next to Delivery they had a Pickup option. Selected that, picked it up the next day, and the price was even less than if I got Delivery. This should be good for hard to find wiper blades also.”
