“CAP has been a good auto parts store I've used on and off for years. Now they are linked with Amazon. I looked on Amazon for a spark plug for my garden tractor. Before checkout I noticed next to Delivery they had a Pickup option. Selected that, picked it up the next day, and the price was even less than if I got Delivery. This should be good for hard to find wiper blades also.”

“When you drop off your car for service, the service people go over the entire car and grade everything green, yellow or red. They call you up let you know what they found and then ask what you want taken care of. They are quick and efficient, getting it done right the first time and they keep you informed as to what's happening. My husband is a heavy equipment service technician and he completes some of the repairs himself. Hubby is super picky yet has never had an issue with any of the service work that Ron Bouchard's team has completed. It's actually one of the first times he has ever allowed anyone to complete work on our vehicles. I will purchase my next vehicle from Ron Bouchard based on our satisfaction with their service department. You can buy a car from any dealership but when it needs to be serviced not all dealerships have such a great team. Your experience with the sales people only lasts for a very brief time. Your interactions with the service department will last the length of the time you own that car. Keep that in mind when making a purchase and visit the service department. I bet you won't find another service department as great as the Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge Ram team. Thanks!”

“just an average part store. Shopping at this particular location felt like I was talking to Ben Stein (DRY EYYYEEES, RED EYYYEEES) OR maybe a monotone robot. Either way I felt like I saw someone standing in a Advance AP uniform but nobody was inside the body holding up his clothing. nothing bothers me more than hearing an employee say "So! That's not my job!!!" when asking them for help or when another employee asks for assistance. Just TERRIBLE!!! want a great Advance Auto?
