They were reasonable with their pricing, and while they can be a touch disorganized (ancient document management processes), they made sure to take great care of me and my truck. (A tire pressure sensor had been broken during the installation of a set of 4 new tires. 7 weeks later I was still getting the runaround on when it would be fixed.)
