He treated every customer equally with respect and was able to make everyone feel helped in a timely manner. “Received A+ service at this store today. After a terrible experience at another AT&T store yesterday, I was relieved that the staff at this store are attentive and friendly. I called ahead to verify they had the phone in stock before placing an online order. Jonathan confirmed they had the phone and told me he would set it aside for me. I placed my order online and had the order filled within an hour. When I went to pick up my order, he knew exactly who I was and had the phone ready.That’s the way customer service should be! “Everything works perfect except some thing with my texting not going through. It is something wrong on T-Mobile end. I give five stars to the associate name Umar (hope I spelled it write) from the Mechanic St., Leominster branch. Outstanding customer service!!! I’ve been in retail over 20 years and I know good service when I receive it. This young man was polite, patient and has a great personality.
