I had my two sons with me, one of which was getting a new phone, Carlos was multitasking like a king and patient and kind. I had a big order with also adding a new iPad and Apple Watch which I’ve never used before. He took the time to show me everything with it, while ringing me up and helping my son with his phone. We were a big undertaking and Carlos aced it. So friendly and kind and knowledgeable! Go see him and his team!”
