“One of my tires was losing air consistently over a week or so. It got worse so I decided to stop into Rucki’s. Steve at the front desk was super nice and helpful and took my information and said they had a few people ahead of me, but would be able to get to it soon before closing (which was already impressive as this was around 3-3:30pm and they close at 5.)
I opted to leave my car there, not expecting them to actually be able to get to it that day. Not even an hour later, Steve called to let me know my car/tire was all set, and that they found a puncture in the tire and plugged it. When I asked how much I owed them, I was surprised to hear him say it would only be $25.
Rucki’s is by far the most honest and hard working shop I have visited, and I will definitely be back in the future.”

Even though my insurance company tried to cut corners despite my full coverage policy, Rachel was incredibly helpful, diligent, and supportive. She truly listened to my concerns and promised to fight to get the repairs done right. When Progressive pushed to use cheap aftermarket parts, Rachel stood her ground and insisted on genuine OEM (manufacturer) parts instead. To top it all off, when I picked up my car, it had been completely detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! If you want to support a local business that does quality work and actually fights for you, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Awesome and trustworthy staff. Roland and Israel are extremely talented mechanics. Rebecca is super friendly and responds fast with great communication. I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. AMAZING ? Easy to find and safe location.”

“I was not too sure about trading my jeer grand Cherokee in for one with less miles. In sales I dealt with David S. Nice guy.! The day I went to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. Drove off the lot. Got a few miles out and all of a sudden engine light came on! Drove back to Lia in Northampton very upset. Then I met Joseph Debuc service guy. I’m pretty sure he saw I was SO disappointed. My anxiety was high! Joe gave me a loaner to use until they could find what was wrong. It took a few days but thanks to Dave S and Joe all was fixed. And Dave S was my salesman. Keeping my fingers crossed that all is fixed, thanks to Joe D keeping my cat!”

I brought my 2001 V70 T5 to them with the intent to stop the many oil leaks, which they did very successfully. What I already asked was a somewhat large job, but they replaced many other worn and leaking parts while already in there. Even being sent pictures of the car as it was worked on with updates was awesome. Very good quality work, Greg and Brian know EVERYTHING Volvo & Saab. “At O’Briens I got an oil change, an exhaust replacement and rear suspension enhancement for my Toyota Tacoma. This summer, parts came in piecemeal but I could wait for everything and come in once. I towed my trailer before the work and thought I was going to die on the hills to NY. After the rear end work and exhaust replacement, I was king of the road, man. No hesitation, steady ascent from here to Binghamton. A good reliable result for 16.5’ trailer towing. I came in to the next door business for my trailer and Todd was sure to check my ubolts for tightness without my request.

“I took my car to 3 different mechanics to fix my heater issue in my 2017 Chevy trax, they all told me I needed to take it to a dealer (the dealer quoted me $2k to fix the heater), that’s when I found Greg’s Auto Shop. When I called, he took the time to hear me out and set me up for diagnostics based off our conversation.
I wasn’t sure if he’d be able to fix the problem but he had the heat fixed that day! And for less than half the price! “I had a wonderful experience with OAM. Madeline at the front desk said they were quite busy but she would ask Jeremy to assess my Highlander, which was noisy and not handling well. Jeremy said I needed new struts and a sway bar in the front. Since I was leaving on a trip in a few days I asked him if it was safe to drive. He hesitated, but said if I could leave the car all day he would work on it. Since I was a brand new customer I was amazed that he would fit me in. I am very appreciative and can see why they have earned such great reviews.”
