He was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable despite my lack of knowledge of bikes or what I was really looking for. I was later surprised when we were leaving and my husband told me he was the owner - I wouldn’t necessarily expect that kind of direct customer service from the owner himself. We will absolutely return for all of our family bicycle needs!”
