Valley Bike and Ski Werks provides terrific experiences with impeccable and second-to-none customer service. The staff is super friendly, easy to talk to, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, educated, patient, communicative, and understanding. They offer great, same-day service for repairs like mounting bindings or fixing a broken spoke, often in a very timely manner. The store has a robust inventory with a great selection of bikes and ski gear at all styles and prices, alongside good and fair deals. The business is well-staffed with mechanics who ensure products are properly looked over. Customers highly recommend them for both ski and bike needs.

This crew rocks, so much. Valley was the only shop in a 3hr radius that could service my need, so I called ahead and they fit me in with a quick turn. Stopped in on a Sunday, wasn't happy with my handle bars,they had different ones in stock and installed it with a new mirror on the spot, everyone there was helpful and courteous. Great price as well, highly recommend!
