“Great local car rental. You get In and out with no hassle and no notice.
Used to just be $50 per day but now that only gets you 100 miles. Then out comes the per mile charges.
Some idiot drove to PA and ruined it for all of us.”

“Tom was absolutely wonderful. We had to rebook a rental car last minute as our original rental cancelled our booking and went through Uber rentals, which then booked us a vehicle through Avis. We flew into Boston-Logan and were unaware of how far apart these two airports are, especially landing at 4pm and having to get from Boston-Logan to Norwood during rush hour. Tom made our trip happen. He was very understanding and accommodating. We needed a very large SUV to fit a mattress since we planned on sleeping in the vehicle for 3/7 nights of our first trip to the North East. He was so kind and understanding. We ended up getting to Avis 45min after they closed due to the heavy traffic we did not expect upon arrival and the distance we had to travel. He went above and beyond for us as he could have easily said we had to come back the next day or rented our vehicle to another customer. He even looked up how much it would cost for the same vehicle at Boston-Logan and saved us $2000 since it was that much more expensive there. We could not be more thankful for Tom and his excellent customer service to go above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Avis to anyone looking for a rental car in Norwood! Thank you so much!”

“I needed a rental while my vehicle was in the auto body shop for repairs. Kathy picked me up at Gaumond's when I dropped my car off. She made the paperwork very easy and understandable, and thoroughly reviewed the car with me (Kathy made note of prior damage). Midway through the 20 day rental, I exceeded my debit card's daily maximum. I returned the same day to make it right. A super experience from start to finish.”
