“I can not say enough amazing things about this hotel. I was originally booked at the other hotel in Patriot Place, long story short a month prior to my stay I had my debit card stolen and the hotel canceled my stay without 1 single phone call to notify me. I arrived after a 6 hour trip, no car, and pregnant to find my room was canceled and the hotel did nothing to try and accommodate me. I went over to the renaissance and Darci at the front desk did EVERYTHING she could and got me a room on a Saturday night, last minute. The room was great along with the restaurant/bar downstairs. My family who stayed at the other hotel in patriot place saw how much better the Renaissance was and will be staying here for our future trips. Thank you again to Darci and the entire staff!”
“I stay here sometimes for business clean place. Convenient parking for my truck and the staff. There are very friendly and helpful. Also, they have a very good breakfast, better than a lot of hotels”
